Flags at UBC Okanagan will be lowered on Monday, December 11, 2023, in memory of Dr. John Leblanc, Associate Professor Emeritus in the Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies, who passed away on October 30, 2023, in Vancouver. Our sincere condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
A memorial page has been published on the Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies website. A burial service will take place next summer in North Sydney, Nova Scotia at the family graveyard plot. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
