The transgender flag will be flown in place of the UBC flag at both UBC Okanagan and UBC Vancouver on Sunday, March 31, 2024 in observance of International Transgender Day of Visibility.
International Transgender Day of Visibility on March 31 provides an intentional opportunity to celebrate and recognize the valuable contributions of trans community members—and reflect on how we can all further contribute to trans inclusion.
